Waterstof Industrie Cluster

On 3rd of December, the European Commission has officially launched the 2nd European Hydrogen Bank auction with a total budget of about €1,2 billion (1,0 billion €: general basket, 0,2 billion €: maritime basket). Additional to this budget , three member states support for over at-least 700 million euro (Austria 400 M€, Spain 280-400 M€ and Lithuania (26 M€), resulting in an overall budget of about 2 billion euro. Renewable hydrogen producers can bid for a fixed-price premium up to €4/kg of hydrogen produced over 10 years. Bidders can apply for funding until 20 February 2025, results will be known in spring 2025. More to be read at here!
