Belgian Hydrogen Council, FIT, and GH2 India join forces

The Belgian Hydrogen Council, FIT – Flanders Investment & Trade, and GH2 India signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Mumbai, as part of the Belgian Economic Mission to India in March. This partnership connects the hydrogen ecosystems of both regions, aligning India’s ambitions as a green molecule exporter with Belgium’s role as Europe’s hydrogen gateway.

The collaboration aims to drive innovation, trade, and stakeholder engagement while fostering joint forums to accelerate the adoption of green hydrogen solutions. Additionally, the three parties will explore the technical impact of new technologies and exchange expertise on policy development to achieve shared sustainability goals. By linking two industrial cluster organizations that represent the full hydrogen value chain in their respective countries, this agreement lays the foundation for a strong and dynamic partnership in the global hydrogen economy.
