Haesaerts (Altrea) grabs first with hydrogen truck for ADR transport
Altrea gets its hydrogen truck approved for ADR.
They joined forces with CMB.TECH three years ago to bring two hydrogen trucks into its fleet: one truck at Haesaerts in Luxembourg and one at Trafuco in Schelle.
‘We have one for our Luxembourg subsidiary and it has been approved and registered,’ explains Luc Haesaerts, who is responsible for the project at Altrea Logistics. ‘As for the second vehicle, which is for our Belgian company, we are working on the very last official documents and the registration should be complete soon.’ Since Haesaerts Intermodal specialises in transporting chemicals, the hydrogen truck also had to be ADR-approved.
