Rely launches modular 100MW green hydrogen plant that offers ‘significant reduction’ in capex and opex
Rely has launched a new modular 100MW green hydrogen plant system that the joint venture claims will enable “a significant reduction of both capex [capital expenditure] and opex [operational expenditure] and drives down the levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH)”.
The Brussels-based company — a 40/60 JV between Belgian electrolyser maker John Cockerill and French EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) specialist Technip Energies — says its new Clear100+ system will reduce costs by “offering the market a safe and configurable pre-engineered plant with integrated performance guarantees, optimised footprint and reduce lead times”.
