Large Belgian delegation visits Green Hydrogen African Summit in Namibia
This week the Global African Hydrogen Summit takes place in Windhoek, Namibia. Belgium has an MoU with Namibia and a Belgian royal visit was organised recently. The Belgian CMB is already active for several years in Namibia, preparing ammonia production and building a hydrogen refuelling station in Walvis Bay.
Reasons enough to be present there a strong Belgian delegation and have a Belgian booth in the exhibition of this conference. This Belgian booth is part of a European pavillon.
Belgian federal minister of Energy joined the delegation and is speaker on this conference. Also other Belgian speakers from CMB-tech, Enabel, the port of Antwerp-Bruges and VITO are on the agenda. Enabel, the Belgian development agency, participates to discuss the social aspects of investing in Namibia, which is a very important topic when developing projects in Africa.
The Belgian booth was sponsored by the participating companies and partners.
