Toyota driving the front seat of hydrogen mobility

Ready to witness an exponential rise in hydrogen cars on our roads soon? Toyota might just have something to do with that! Toyota has introduced its third-generation fuel cell system, designed to meet the demands of commercial vehicles with the durability of a diesel engine but significantly improved efficiency. The new system offers a 20% longer driving range, twice the durability of the previous version, and lower costs.

Beyond passenger cars, Toyota plans to expand its fuel cell technology to heavy-duty trucks, buses, and even stationary power systems, with a rollout expected in Japan, Europe, North America, and China from 2026 onward.
